KAVIA ART EVENT WITH CEET French street artist Ceet has been painting the world a better place with his boundless imagination and now HE IS IN TOWN!  Ceet Fouad is a graffiti-loving artist. His "masterpiece" has been around the streets in his hometown, Toulouse. He is not only interested in the art of graffiti but also willing to try various artistic techniques.
